Notice to Clients and Former Clients.
Pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, each law firm that provides advice with respect to personal financial matters is required to inform its clients of the law firm's policies with respect to the disclosure of non-public personal information. Typically, Gardere collects non-public personal information from its clients directly. Gardere does not disclose any non-public personal information of its clients or former clients to third parties except as required by law or as authorized by the client or former client. Although the laws and regulations referenced above establish rules regarding the collection, use, confidentiality, and protection of non-public information, they do not limit the attorney-client privilege or the attorney's duty to protect the confidentiality of a client's information. Accordingly, in circumstances where applicable laws might allow disclosure of the non-public personal information of a client or former client, Gardere will continue to follow the stricter non-disclosure rules imposed upon us by the attorney-client privilege and applicable professional standards and rules of ethics.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
