Bob Bramlette represents real estate owners and developers in sophisticated real estate transactions, including:

  • Purchase and sale of commercial office buildings
  • Construction lending
  • Residential subdivision developments
  • Golf course and resort developments
  • Commercial leasing transactions for both landlords and tenants.

He also represents major national and state banks in all types of Texas-based lending transactions, particularly real estate lending, workouts and restructures.

In addition, Bob represents golf course owners and golf management companies, and he has assisted in the development of golf courses throughout Texas.

Virtually all of Bob’s clients have been with him for years. They value his practical advice and in-depth knowledge of the real estate and financing industries. With the current dynamic Houston and regional real estate markets, certain of Bob’s clients are Texas entities reviewing out-of-state projects and out-of-state clients seeking local counsel for both residential development and office building acquisitions and dispositions.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
