Luke Wohlford is an experienced litigator who represents individuals and businesses in all facets of highly contested commercial disputes. Luke handles a wide variety of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal district courts, with a primary focus on fiduciary duty litigation and other business torts, complex contract disputes and antitrust litigation.

In addition to his trial work, Luke frequently serves as appellate counsel for his clients, handling post-trial briefing and appeals to state and federal appellate courts. As a former law clerk for a federal appellate judge, Luke brings unique experience and perspective to his appellate work.

Luke joined Gardere in 2011 and recently returned to the Firm in 2015 after practicing commercial litigation for a law firm in Kansas. He previously served as a law clerk for the Hon. Deanell Reece Tacha of the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
