Felisa Sanchez has a transactional practice involving a wide variety of corporate, finance and commercial matters for domestic and international clients in the maritime, energy and financial services sectors. Felisa represents public and private companies in a wide variety of transactions, including loans, equipment leasing, energy and energy services, and mergers and acquisitions. She and other members of the Firm’s maritime practice are often engaged by domestic and foreign law firms and banks to advise on loans involving maritime or off-shore investments in the Gulf of Mexico and elsewhere.

Felisa’s maritime practice involves the representation of clients in domestic and international financings, restructurings of debt involving maritime assets, equipment leasing, as well as various commercial and operational matters, including compliance with maritime regulations. Clients appreciate her understanding of cultural differences and her ability to work efficiently in a global market. Felisa is highly-regarded for her knowledge and experience with naval flags and countries of registry – these include the United States, Panama, Liberia, Vanuatu and Marshall Islands, among others.

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
