06.03.13

The Legal 500 United States has recognized Gardere's Real Estate and Corporate Practice Groups in its 2013 rankings.

In the area of real estate, The Legal 500 discusses Gardere’s "11 core partners in Houston and Dallas" being "particularly active in leasing and hospitality matters," specifically mentioning projects handled by Partners Kevin L. Kelley, George C. Dunlap Jr., Cynthia Nelson and Clifford J. Risman. The Legal 500 also mentions C. Scott Tuthill and Reuben D. Rosof's promotions to partner. The complete write-up for real estate can be found here.

The Legal 500 admires the work by Gardere's corporate lawyers, who "regularly handle mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions of businesses and assets for public and private companies, as well as private equity funds, venture capital groups and institutional lenders." The complete corporate write-up can be found here.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
