Gardere Welcomes Oil & Gas Attorney Alfredo Ramos in Houston


Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Alfredo Ramos as a partner in the Firm's Houston office. Mr. Ramos joins the Corporate Practice Group, where he will focus on handling oil & gas and international matters.

Mr. Ramos joins Gardere from Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry P.C., where he served as head of the Energy and Commercial Litigation practice areas in the Firm's San Antonio office. He provides extensive experience representing U.S. and Latin American clients of all sizes and throughout all phases of the acquisition and divestiture of mineral properties. He also regularly handles corporate banking transactions, preparing secured and unsecured commercial loan documentation.

Mr. Ramos, a native South Texan, is a 2006 graduate of The University of Texas School of Law. Prior to joining Chamberlain, Mr. Ramos served as in-house counsel and Latin American Operations Legal Director for Lewis Energy Group LP.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.


AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

Searches are not case sensitive.
