Our Summer Associate Program is designed to provide a realistic picture of life as an associate at Gardere. Our goal is to provide each summer associate with a sampling of the type of work that a first year or second year associate would be assigned. Most Summer Associates have frequent opportunities to:

Draft documents
Attend trials
Participate in Closings
Observe Depositions
Attend witness or client interviews
Work on various aspects of real estate transactions
Conduct legal research
Prepare or respond to motions and briefs
Work on securities offerings
Assist in the closing of a purchase or sale of a business
