Austin Ke practices corporate law. He represents public and private companies in all aspects of commercial transactions, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and securities matters.

Prior to joining Gardere, Mr. Ke was a law clerk for the Honorable Magistrate Irma Ramirez in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas in Dallas, Texas. He began his legal career as an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Proskauer Rose LLP in New York, N.Y.
