Steven McNamara’s practice emphasizes corporate, oil and gas, finance and general business transactions and other matters. He handles acquisitions of large and small businesses; oil and gas and energy service company transactions; as well as employment law, finance and general contract matters, including master agreements and sales terms and conditions. Mr. McNamara has worked on both domestic and international matters.

Mr. McNamara represents energy-related businesses, manufacturers, service companies and health care companies in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, financing and employment matters.

Mr. McNamara has acted as legal counsel in:

• Several acquisitions and sales of seismic databases
• The purchase and sale of onshore and offshore oil and gas properties by domestic and foreign companies
• The formation of joint ventures for the development of deep water oil a& gas structures and for the manufacture of offshore structures
• The acquisition and sale of manufacturing businesses
• The acquisition and disposition of offshore drilling rigs
• Several private offerings for the development of ambulatory surgical care centers
