Roman Kupchynsky’s practice focuses on corporate and general business law. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, financings, contract negotiations and restructuring of business entities including, family owned businesses and entities.

Mr. Kupchynsky also has extensive experience in representing and advising various health care entities such as large hospitals, specialty hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers as well as large physician groups on formation, financing, mergers and acquisition issues and regulatory matters. He is also active in structuring and financing e-health transactions.

Mr. Kupchynsky has handled various sophisticated acquisitions and restructurings of health care entities, convenience store companies, oil & gas refineries, and television stations, including the financing of such transactions by venture capitalists and senior lenders.
