Kenneth Glaser is chair of the Intellectual Property Practice Group at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP. He chiefly represents U.S. and multinational businesses in a full array of intellectual property matters. His practice spans more than 40 years and has included serving as an in-house corporate patent counsel, a named partner of Dallas-based intellectual property boutiques and as chair of the intellectual property practice at a large, multinational law firm. While focusing his expertise on transaction and litigation matters, he considers intellectual property litigation avoidance one of the most important services an intellectual property lawyer can render to clients.

Mr. Glaser was listed in Texas Super Lawyers published by Law & Politics Media Inc. from 2003 through 2012, ranked one of America’s Leading Lawyers for Business by Chambers and Partners from 2004 through 2009, and was consistently recognized by The Best Lawyers in America from 2006 through 2013. He was also named as one of The Best Lawyers in Dallas by D Magazine in 2003.
