• Successful defense of publicly traded brokerage firm on whistle blowing/retaliation claim under Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
• Successful defense of a large telecommunications employer in a sexual harassment lawsuit
• Successful prosecution of a permanent injunction enjoining the use of trade secrets by a former stockbroker who stole propriety data for the benefit of his new employer
• Successful defense and appeal of jury verdict on ADA claim brought by former delivery driver of a nationwide distributor of dairy products
• Successful defense of securities firm against wrongful discharge claim involving alleged refusal to engage in criminally illegal conduct.
